Chiropractic Physician

Dr. Michael S Bovee D.C., C.C.E.P.

Dr. Michael S. Bovee isn’t just focused on relieving symptoms, he’s committed to helping patients uncover and correct the root cause of their health challenges.

As a licensed Chiropractic Physician and Certified Extremity Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Bovee blends chiropractic care with advanced training in functional medicine, nutrition, hormone optimization, detoxification, and neurology to deliver powerful, lasting results.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College and completing pre-med studies at Northeastern University, he has continued to invest in cutting-edge education to better serve his patients.

His whole-body approach recognizes that true health depends on more than just spinal alignment, it’s influenced by lifestyle, nutrition, movement, rest, and environment. Through advanced techniques like Nutrition Response Testing, Dr. Bovee identifies underlying imbalances and designs personalized care strategies that support long-term wellness.

His expertise has been trusted by the BI-LO Center and nationally touring performers, including country music star Toby Keith, and earned him recognition as the Upstate’s “Best Chiropractor” for nine consecutive years.

Outside of the office, Dr. Bovee is happily married and a proud father of two boys. He enjoys long, relaxing drives to new destinations, often embracing spontaneity and wherever the road may lead.

Medical Physician

Dr. Steven Fass M.D.

Dr. Steven Fass, is an experienced physician with more than 40 years in the medical field, currently serving patients in, South Carolina. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Southwestern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas and completed a five-year residency in General Surgery at the Greenville Hospital System, where he also achieved board certification in General Surgery.

Over time, Dr. Fass transitioned from traditional surgical practice to focus on a more personalized, integrative approach to healthcare. He is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal wellness through natural and preventive strategies, including hormone replacement therapy and thyroid care.

Dr. Fass is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with his patients and guiding them toward long-term health through individualized treatment plans.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and frequently visits his daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren in Florida. He is also a fan of classic movie-going, preferring to watch films the old-fashioned way in a theater, complete with popcorn and a soft drink.

Office Manager

Angela B.

Angela has been a part of Integrative Health Associates since the very beginning and serves as the office manager. She plays a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly, acting as both an organizer and a problem-solver for the team.

Angela is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals and finds great fulfillment in being part of their journey to better wellness. Known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented, and outgoing nature, she brings both structure and positivity to the office every day.

She truly wears many hats, supporting both patients and staff in countless ways.

Outside of work, Angela is a devoted mother to her two, whom she loves deeply. She enjoys dining at her favorite Restaurant, visiting the beautiful Biltmore Estate, and spending time restoring antique furniture.

Chiropractic Assistant, X-Ray Tech/Thermographer

Antonella K.

Antonella, or “Anto” as many patients know her, has been part of the practice for years. She keeps things running in the front while making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.

From assisting with chiropractic care and therapy to taking X-rays and performing thermography, Antonella does it all. Her energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team. Patients love her bubbly personality and the genuine connections she builds with everyone who walks through the door.

When she’s not at the office, Antonella enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew, her two step-daughters Addie and Ana, and their pets, Dottie, Jaxson, Bella, and Boots. She loves the beach, going on cruises, and can never resist a good sweet treat.

Billing Specialist

Teresa C.

Teresa serves as the billing specialist in the office and also supports the team as a chiropractic assistant.
Known for her strong work ethic and reliability, Teresa is someone her team can always count on.

She enjoys working alongside her coworkers and contributes to the supportive, team-focused environment in the office.

Outside of work, Teresa loves spending time with her husband and son, as well as caring for her animals, including her sassy pony, Duette, and her dogs and cats. She enjoys riding her pony, being outdoors with her dogs, and never misses her favorite daily tradition, 3 p.m. ice cream time.

Front Desk Receptionist

Marly M.

Marly is the welcoming face at the front desk of Integrative Health Associates. Known for her upbeat personality and genuine smile, she creates a warm and inviting environment for every patient who walks through the door.

Friendly and approachable, Marly is passionate about making meaningful connections and ensuring each patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.

She is dedicated to learning and growing in her role, always striving to do things the right way and provide the best possible experience.

Outside of the office, Marly enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring creative hobbies, and cooking, one of her true passions.

Nurse

Neala J.

Neala J. has dedicated her life to nursing and caring for others. With a deep passion for patient care, she brings compassion, positivity, and genuine kindness to every interaction.

She serves patients in the office part-time, providing attentive care in the mornings, while also continuing her work in the hospital, where she plays a vital role in patient care during evening hours.

Known for her warm spirit and nurturing nature, Neala is someone who truly loves what she does and the people she serves, often sharing her favorite phrase, “Honey hushhh,” with a smile.

Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her favorite son in his musical pursuits, tending to her bees that produce delicious honey, and baking some of the most amazing cakes.
